DEA DMO Completes Relief and Early Recovery Interventions

The Davao Episcopal Area Disaster Management Office (DEA DMO), with support from UMCOR, completed four days of relief and early recovery interventions reaching 625 families—or more than 3,100 individuals—in seven communities across five municipalities and one city affected by the Bogo Earthquake and Typhoon Tino. The Eastern Visayas District DRRM Team delivered food and WASH assistance, while additional interventions included the installation of 24 solar streetlights, a flood lamp, and three tube lights, as well as WASH facilities benefiting 75 families.
